You guys, I’ve found my winter-weather wardrobe go-to.
My family and I host an annual Ugly Sweater Christmas Party each season, and I’m usually that girl who’s looking for a semi-cute sweater alternative to style in an obnoxiously coordinated way. (Hehe, I hate me too!)
I was aimlessly wandering the danger zone — aka Neiman Marcus — on a recently rainy Sunday morning when I discovered the brand. I got home and Googled, obviously. How adorable is this sweater? And Saks off Fifth is, like, stockpiling his cashmere. Oh shit, there’s cable-knit texting gloves, too!
I clicked around for awhile until I found the gateway drug to my obsession with Fischer’s design aesthetic: this cozy cobra sweater – super-casual in nature but totally luxe to wear.
Fisher’s been designing cashmere knits for more than 30 years, so it’s safe to say he knows what he’s doing.
I stopped by the brand’s showroom yesterday and essentially started and finished my holiday wish list: chunky cowl-neck sweaters, draped cardigans, silky scarves and floating dresses—in other words, everything a girl needs to create the perfectly layered look.
I’m not going home for Christmas this year (Asia being the reason), so I thought I’d partake in the fun ahead of time and style a few of Fischer’s not-your-average-ugly sweaters here on the blog in the name of festivity.
